How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location within the United States. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship within the United States only. We're working on expanding to other countries — stay tuned!
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also visit our Track Order page.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We want you and your pet to be happy with every purchase. If you're not satisfied, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging.
How do I start a return?
Email us at infoharpalsingh1@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions within 24–48 hours.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

Are your products safe for pets?
Absolutely. We carefully select every product for safety and quality. Our toys are made from non-toxic, pet-safe materials. That said, we always recommend supervising your pet during play, especially with new toys.
What sizes do your pet beds come in?
Most of our beds come in multiple sizes. Check the product page for detailed dimensions and size recommendations based on your pet's weight and breed. If you're unsure, email us and we'll help you pick the right fit.
What materials are your products made from?
Materials vary by product — we use premium fabrics like plush fleece, natural cotton, durable nylon, and eco-friendly felt. Each product page lists the specific materials used.
